Guys, I think the important thing here is to keep it simple. All you really need are a handful of romantic pick up lines that actually work and that you’re comfortable with. And these 5 “openers” work like “gang-busters” and will give you an unfair advantage…but the ‘Big Question’ is;

Perhaps my story will help.

If we were to meet today you’d see a guy with lots of  “lady friends” who has a ‘love life’ most guys can only ‘dream of’ BUT most of you who know me also know that just 4 years ago things were very different.

Just a year out of College, my love life was a ‘mess’. My girlfriend, Hannah, who I was planning to marry told me one morning that she’d met another guy through work and that our relationship was ‘over’.

To say that I was upset & angry is an “massive understatement and I missed her “like crazy”. I didn’t know what to do so I threw myself into work and Playstation,,,,but eventually I came to realise I was missing out on what I really wanted in life. I didn’t want to be alone.  I wanted to be confident around women and more than anything I wanted a great relationship and all those amazing feelings that go with it.

But I had a Problem…….

I was HOPELESS with women.

When I approached women I didn’t know what to say or how to act.

I felt like I just couldn’t connect…and the few times I did, it just seemed to “fizzle out”.  And inevitably it always seemed to end with them saying, “Nice to meet you” or “I’ve got to go home now”.

Eventually I got ‘tired’ of being ignored by women and ‘tired’ or always going home alone…and part of me worried that maybe I would always be alone.

So I made a Promise to myself…..

I promised myself I’d find a way to have the love life I wanted…and, importantly, I realized things weren’t just going to “magically change by themself.

* The only other ‘gripe’ I have is that generally I’m not a fan of seeing more than 1 girl at a time. Mike’s suggestion that  you shouldn’t have all your ‘eggs in 1 basket’ because you’ll come across as being ‘too needy’ might be sensible, but personally I’ve always found it more enjoyable “playing the field”, then focusing on just 1 special women….lol….”maybe, I just old fashioned” !!

However you choose to use the course is entirely up to YOU….all I know is that it works.

An honest confession….

I hope you’ve found this information useful, guys. Alot of you have been asking me about what course I’d recommend and as you know I’ve been reluctant to do so, as I believe we’re all different and what works for me may not work for somebody else.

I hope everything’s going well for you all. I was wanting to get this post to you sooner but this week has been a ‘whirlwind’ of activity for me, so why don’t we ‘dive right in’. Today I want to clarify something we ‘touched on’ last week…specifically, how confidence can “kill” even the best romantic pickup lines. Yes, it can be “a killer! And, “Yes”, it  can actually destroy the best flirty pick up lines and even your sweetest romantic pick up lines !!

Here’s How?

But first, a little bit of ‘common sense’…

Most women are attracted to a guy who is ’sure’ of himself. A man who radiates a ‘quiet confidence’. Someone who carries himself with a ‘quiet certainty. It’s fair to say that confidence is an extremely powerful aphrodisiac BUT it is also fair to say that ‘over confidence’ can be a real ‘turn off’.

This is certainly something we all need to keep in mind, particularly in the ‘dating world’. Most courses that deal with the ‘dating topic’  promote the importance of confidence, and rightly so, but only afew of them touch upon the ‘danger of being too confident’ or too brash!.

“Let me Explain”.

From my observation and from talking to many women there seems to be 2 main areas where over confidence can “kill” even the best romantic pickup lines.

Scenario 1: Are You Guilty of This?

The first, really ‘boils down’ to poor choice of pick up line and a particular behavior that often seems to accompanies it. What I’m talking about here is the use of ’sleazy’ pickup lines or even flirty pick up lines that are overflowing with too much innuendo.

Now, I’m sure most of us would say, “No problem, I’d never do that”, but alot of us have probably been guilty of this without even realizing it.

Typically, this occurs in clubs when a few drinks are flowing, and the ‘boys’ are out in a large group. After a bit of encouragement and ‘back slapping’ from their mates one or two guys will often approach a group of women and ‘rattle off’ the latest pick up line they’ve heard. And that’s the danger, because as guys, we’re often guilty of remembering pick up lines that we shouldn’t!!

Then, to compound the ‘problem’, the guys behavior can often be over powering, too pushy & too brash. It is however, worthwhile to note, that being too pushy and suggestive is more likely to occurs when more than one guy approaches the girls. When a guy approaches a group of girls by himself, fortunately, this doesn’t seem to be such a problem.

Scenario 2: …or..Maybe You’re Guilty of This?

The second instance where ‘over confidence’ can kill even the sweetest pick up line tends to occur about 5-10 minutes into the conversation. I say this because generally the 1st five minutes tends to be a bit of  a ‘feeling out’ process where most guys ask ‘what they’re up to’, followed by a bit of light banter.

It’s after this, that things can go a little ‘pear shaped’. We’re now more relaxed, and often the next step is to try and get to know the lady a little better. And this is where things can go ‘horribly wrong’ because, although we want her to be the focus of conversation, a lot of guys very quickly start talking about themselves….obsessively!

Sometimes the reason for this is because the guy is, quite genuinely, self-absorbed BUT this is pretty rare.  Usually the real reason is because they don’t really know what to do or say. But, be warned… if you do find yourself falling into this trap your initial confidence can very quickly grow to be seen as arrogance.

“Guys….these 2 scenario’s are something we need to be aware of…. Over confidence, or arrogance, (there’s often a fine line, isn’t there!)  can ‘kill’ even the best romantic pick up line.

The good news is, that these 2 situations are very easy to change…..You can stop confidence ‘killing’ even the sweetest pick up lines if you know what to do and what to say to women….

Today’s post revolves around an article I discovered a few days ago. It’s well worth reading because it addresses some of the most common “dangers” when using romantic pick up lines. As most of you know, I’m a massive fan of romantic pick up lines. They raise a girl’s interest and I know how incredibly well they can work, but……..

…….that’s only if you use them “correctly“.

Use them incorrectly and you run the risk of looking like a ‘fool’, or even worse, a ’sleaze’…. I’t’s an interesting read but I’ve got to admit that I don’t fully agree with his 2nd point concerning originality. From my experience your romantic pick up lines don’t really need to be original, just so long as they have a unique twist….so enjoy!!

Most romantic pick up lines you find out there do not work from the simple reason they are a little too cheesy. Other romantic pick up lines can not help you too much because of their sexual overtones.

To have a successful rate on your quest, you should follow some important rules such as:

1. Address your pick up line in form of a question. When you use it like this it fosters conversation.

2. Use original romantic pick up lines. Imagine that are using some pick up line that you heard on TV or on radio. Do you think you were the only one that actually heard it? Imagine what happens when the girl you are trying to pick up laughs in your face because of how common the pick up line you’re trying to use is.

3. Try to slip in a little joke or a smile when you use your romantic pick up lines. You have to agree that it would be nice for the girl to actually smile at you instead of slap you in the face.

Whatever relationships you are in searching for, the delivery of the romantic pick up lines is most important. Practice could not do you any harm. You can actually put yourself in front of a mirror and pay attention to your body language when you practice.

You body language is as important as the romantic pick up line itself. Most of the communication experts agree on the fact that what you say in a face-to-face dialogue counts for just twenty percent of the perceived message. This means that the girl will also pay much attention to your facial expression and the tone of you voice. Keeping this in mind, if  you can succeed in delivering your romantic pick up line with a face expression that radiates confidence, chances are that the next morning you will eat breakfast at her house!

“Hey… I never promised it was the “world’s best article”, did I….LOL…but it does raise a number of points. Now, I’m sure alot of you are probably thinking most of it is just ‘common sense’, and you’d be right.

Firstly, you need to appreciate there’s only a very ‘fine line’ between a flirty pick up line and a sleazy pick up line so guys please be careful. But generally speaking, a flirty romantic pick up line has a degree of playfulness and innocence that will make the girl laugh, instead of ‘cringe’…..she shouldn’t feel threatened!

Secondly,,,,if you want to use original pick up lines, “that’s great”…..but personally I prefer using romantic pick up lines that have already been tested, then I give them a unique twist. This way your romantic pick up lines have the ‘best of both worlds’……they’re proven and they’re unique!

It’s really the 3rd point that is most crucial.

We all know how important confidence is….right? But unfortunately, this can be differcult to get right and the reasons for this are two-fold!

Most courses that teach guys how to  use romantic pick up lines successfully,  focus on building confidence. This is ideal for most of us as it’s usually what is needed. Very few courses, however, pay any attention to the problem of “over confidence”……and for some, it can actually be a real problem.

Romantic pick up lines, delivered with a healthy degree of confidence work great. But problems arise, however, when they verge on being arrogant. I won’t go into too much detail on this subject today but you need to be aware of it.

In fact, what I will do is dedicate the next post to this problem because it’s a trap most of us fall into every now and then without being aware of it, so guys, “keep your eyes peeled” for the next post that will teach you how to use romantic pick up lines successfully, without ‘turning her off’.

Today I would like to talk to you about a hidden ‘Pot of Gold’……..the corny pick up line.

For most guys, ‘corney pick up lines’ and ‘ cheesy pick up lines ‘ rank right up there with a trip to the dentist. They are something we ‘avoid at all costs’, and generally speaking they make us “sick”….LOL…..But, what if I told you that I know a small number of great pick up artists who ’swear by them’.

but, FIRST….

A couple of you have emailed me… I thank you for that… about how nervous you are when approaching girls. I’m sure it’s something alot of us can relate to and speaking from personal experience, I know how nervous I was when just starting out.

The ‘good news’ is that being nervous is entirely natural and the ‘even better news’ is that it’s easy to fix.

In my first post I “touched” on 3 or 4 secret physiological tricks that anybody can use in ‘just seconds’ to help reduce their feelings of nervousness while at the same time, giving your confidence a quick boost.

It is the 3rd of these, the romantic pickup line, that I’d like to focus on today because it is, perhaps, the most surprising.

One of the things I quickly realised when I was learning how to become successful with women was that emotions play a huge role in who they’re attracted to. Now, I’m sure this doesn’t come as a great surprise to most of you, but what did surprise me was the importance that ladies place on “excitement” in deciding who they’re attracted to. I really cannot overstate this enough.

What I mean when I say this is that it doesn’t so much matter what you say, it’s how you say it. You must project an air of quiet confidence even if you’re feeling nervous. One of the best ways to do this is to focus on your physiology, or your “physical presence”.

Don’t focus on ‘the line’ you’re going to use. Instead focus on yourself. As you’re walking over there pull your shoulders back, straighten up and walk tall. Doing these ‘physical adjustments has a remarkable impact on your emotions, specifically your self confidence so do it.
